Morus bassanus (Linnaeus) Gannet (A.O.U. 1998: Northern Gannet)

Three records: immature female (U.M.M.Z.) taken at Walker Lake, Livingston County, on October 19, 1911, by J. P. Case (N. A. Wood, 1912b:43�44), listed in error as taken at Ann Arbor on October 18, 1911, by Bent (1922: 229) ; immature male (Miller Empey collection) taken at Tawas Bay near East Tawas, losco County, November 10, 2023 (Van Tyne, 1938: 2); an immature taken alive (though apparently injured) at Birmingham, Oakland County, by Mrs. Truman Miller on November 29,1942, and given to the Cranbrook Institute of Science.
