The online data entry forms are intended for registered participants with the Michigan Breeding Bird Atlas. Please register here: Registration Form

Everyone is encouraged to participate in the Atlas. The Atlas is a way for birders to use their hobby to help identify those bird species in need of conservation efforts and impact the direction of those efforts.

There are currently two forms for users to choose from:
  • Short Form (Casual Observations Form)
    • Use this form if you have 10 or less species to submit.
  • Long Form (Longer verson of the Casual Observation Form above.)
    • Use this form if you have more than 10 species to submit.
